Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Diagnose any malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and so on.
2. Responsible for performing maintenance and repair work of electrical components in the control panels and engines.
3. Possess knowledge and experience in electrical schematics and logic diagrams.
4. Safely and efficiently perform insulation and relay tests.
5. Possess knowledge of electrical components, such as slip rings, resistor brakes, electrical motors, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and so on.

Skills & Experience Required

• Prior experience as a vessel or rig electrician (preferred).
• Possess thorough knowledge of Health and Safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines.
• Ability to critically analyse and solve problems.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Competent administrative skills.
